Protection Program
In 2008-09 the Program....
- Completed purchase
of a conservation easement on 838 acres of ranch land in Stenner
Creek Canyon.
- Acquired the
remaining 50% undivided interest in the 185 acre Bowden Ranch.
- Transferred the
conservation easement on the that 185 acres to the Land Conservancy
of San Luis Obispo County.
- Sold a surplus 14
acre property while retaining a conservation easement on it.
- Completed
construction of the first phase of the Bob Jones Trail.
- Managed several
important mitigation projects.
- Opened the Johnson
Ranch for public use and enjoyment.
